Around the World Embassy Tour - Passport DC 2010

Passport DC kicked off it's month long celebration of international culture with the Around the World Embassy Tour on May 1. Thirty-five embassies provided residents and visitors with the opportunity to leave the United States, without leaving DC. The Around the World Embassy Tour showcased various activities that range from music and dance performances to food tastings and art markets and much more.

T6 Harvard Aerobatics HD - SPAADS 2010 PENTICTON

The North American Aviation T-6 Texan was a single-engine advanced trainer aircraft used to train pilots of the United States Army Air Forces, United States Navy, Royal Air Force and other air forces of the British Commonwealth during World War II and into the 1950s. Designed by North American Aviation, The T-6 is known by a variety of designations depending on the model and operating air force. The USAAC designated it as the "AT-6", the US Navy the "SNJ", and British Commonwealth air forces, the Harvard, the name it is best known by outside of the United States. It remains a popular warbird aircraft.

Arysio santos dalam bukunya, Antlatis, kenapa gak nyinggung gunung api purba Parahiyangan yg meletus 200 ribu tahun yang lalu, yang melenyapkan 40% ketinggiannya dan membentuk kaldera danau purba Priangan (maket danau purba ada di moseum Jakarta). Danau ini jebol sisi baratnya yang lemah dan airnya mengalir ke sungai Citarum, akibat letusan gunung Toba 75000 tahun yang lalu.

Dinding yang jebol ini sekarang menjadi lokasi bendungan Jatiluhur dan Cirata.
